What happens if my goods are lost or damaged?

If your goods are lost or damaged during transit, notify Deliver via email or phone. We will then provide you with a digital claim from the link to complete the necessary details of the incident.

What supporting evidence is needed to makwe a claim?

  • Invoices to support the value of the goods

  • Evidence of damage (if relevant)

  • Dated evidence of Damage/Loss notification
